Damage that happens during stay: must be reported immediately to the landlord or local service in writing, an Email is sufficient. The tenant is responsible for all damage caused by him in the amount of the replacement / repair costs.
The tenant has to treat the rented accommodation and the furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately. The tenant is liable for all damage caused by him, persons who have travelled with him or guests taken in by him as well as pets to which he grants access to the rented property, regardless of the tenant’s own fault.
The tenant is allowed to use the accommodation only with as many people or with the pets as booked. The inclusion of additional persons or pets not booked is not permitted without the prior consent (consent) of the owner. The owner reserves the right to make use of his extraordinary right of termination in such a case. The use of the accommodation is limited to the booked period of use for vacation purposes.
-Our complex is including private parking for one car for each apartment. two sunbeds and one umbrella for each apartment.
-free cleaning service every week also changing sheets and towels every three days.
-If Breakfast is not including in the price. There is additional cost 15€ per person for an English breakfast set menu on a pool bar 50 m from our complex.
-Quiet hours should be respected by All visitors.
